How we got the idea?
The Maldives Cancer Research Foundation is a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing cancer research, support, and awareness in the Maldives. Our mission is to provide vital resources for cancer patients, families, researchers, healthcare professionals, and the general public on cancer prevention. The idea for this foundation was born from a deeply personal experience: witnessing the pain and agony my own mother and many others endured while battling cancer, and my firsthand experiences as a nurse caring for cancer patients in the hospital.
Through collaboration and innovation, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. Our work includes funding critical research, offering support services, and conducting educational programs to raise awareness about cancer prevention and early detection.
